Orlando International Airport

International Only: After exiting the aircraft, international passengers will be required to produce passports at the Immigration checkpoint.

International Only: After clearing Immigration you will recover your baggage from the baggage carousel and pro
ceed through the Customs checkpoint.

International Only:
After clearing Customs, place your baggage on the baggage belt and it will be transported to the Main Terminal.

Proceed up the escalator to Level 3 where you will pass through the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) security checkpoint before entering the hub of the Airside Terminal.

Domestic Only:
Domestic passengers will leave the aircraft via a jetway which takes you up into the gate area of the Airside Terminal.

Domestic Only:
Proceed to the hub of the Airside Terminal, following the overhead signs to the Main Terminal and Baggage Claim.

All Passengers:
In the center of the Airside you will find a variety of facilities including bathrooms, telephones, restaurants and shops. International passengers also arrive in this area after passing through the TSA security check
point.

All Passengers:
In this area you will also find the AGT (Train) System which will transport you to the Main Terminal and Baggage Claim

All Passengers:
The doors will automatically open when the outbound passengers have exited the train

All Passengers:
The journey to the Main Terminal, although it takes only 68 seconds, provides a great view of the landscape and waterways of Orlando International Airport.
As the train transports you to the Main Terminal, read the signs and listen to the instructions directing you to either Baggage Claim A or Baggage Claim B

All Passengers:
Once inside the Main Terminal, look for the large letters depicting Baggage Claim A or Baggage Claim B.
Take the stairs, escalator or elevator down to the Baggage Claim on Level 2.

All Passengers:
Check the monitors to determine the correct baggage carousel for your flight.
After claiming your baggage, go to:

  • Curbside pick-up by car (Level 2)
  • Rental cars, satellite parking shuttles, taxis, shuttle vans and buses (Level 1)
  • Car parked in Terminal Garage Parking (Level T)
  • Car parked in Terminal Top Garage (Level 4-10)

Kissimmee Gateway Airport
Kissimmee Gateway Airport accommodates general aviation air service 24 hours a day.
The airport is owned and operated by the City of Kissimmee.
Opened in 1997, the Air Traffic Control Tower operates from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
The airport was built in 1942.
The airport covers 900 acres.
Kissimmee Gateway Airport is located eight miles from Central Florida attractions and is the closest airport to Walt Disney World, Sea World Adventure Park and is just minutes from Universal Studios and the Orlando-Orange County Convention Center.
